School of the Wild

Here at Hopscotch we know the value of looking after our environment and the benefits of being immersed in nature.

Part of our ethos is to promote an awe and wonder of the natural world in our children through Hopscotch Explorers our weekly beach and forests school initiative.

We thought it was the right time to open this up to our staff. The Hopscotch managerial team swapped their nursery settings for a day of team building and reconnecting with nature in Stanmer Park.

Not even the rain took the smiles off our faces throughout the day. The group got to learn more about each other, about working together and the calming effect of spending the day without technology. Everyone enjoyed a campfire, surrounded by the sights and sounds of nature.
