Pom Pom Making at Ink Pod Collective

This week, a group of children from our Hove Station nursery visited Ink Pod Collective for one of their Tiny Artist Sessions, and it was a brilliant experience from start to finish.
The children were welcomed into a calm, well-organised space where they could really focus and enjoy the process of making. The team at Ink Pod were fantastic - so patient and supportive - which helped the children settle in quickly and get the most out of the session.
Everyone had the chance to make their own pom pom key ring, choosing colours, threading carefully, and concentrating on putting it all together. It was a lovely opportunity to try something different and hands-on, and the children were clearly proud of what they’d made.
Creative sessions like these are a great way to support children’s development - encouraging fine motor skills, decision-making, and focus, while also offering the chance to express themselves in a relaxed, enjoyable setting.
A big thank you to Ink Pod Collective for having us - we really enjoyed it and hope to visit again soon.
